I've tried to change the file pathing on both Minion and Curse and it doesn't work on either Starting to wish i didn't get the game through steam. I really don't want to manually drag every addon into the folder I was using program files and ESO did pop up This one is thankful for your assistance. I think there is some sort of pathing issue due to me having the game through steam but the addons don't download on minion or curse.
