Tap the "Content & Privacy Restrictions.".Note: If you have redownloaded deleted apps on your device but you didn't see it on your screen, go to check if you have enabled Restrictions for these apps on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod. Connect the iPhone/iPad to your computer and launch iTunes if it doesn't open automatically.
